Refund & Return Policy

At Kordex, we stand behind every product we sell.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Product arrived physically damaged
- Product not functioning as described
- Wrong product received

 Contact us within 4 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Photo or video of the issue

REFUND PROCESS:
- Replacement: New unit dispatched in 2-3 business days
- Refund: Processed in 5-7 business days
- COD refunds via bank transfer or UPI

NOT ELIGIBLE:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Damage due to misuse
- Requests after 7 days of delivery
